Oman-Pakistan Business Forum Discusses Joint Investment Opportunities

Muscat: The Omani-Pakistani Business Forum held today explored avenues for collaborative ventures across various sectors, including economics, health, and entrepreneurship.

Throughout the event, the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones (OPAZ) unveiled a visual presentation detailing investment opportunities and the incentives available to investors within these zones.

The forum also addressed potential opportunities within Pakistan.

Participants engaged in a panel discussion that delved into the business landscape and the legal framework conducive to investment. Furthermore, an exhibition was arranged to exhibit products from Pakistan.

Faisal Abdullah Al Rawas, the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), underscored the significance of fostering joint projects, commercial exchanges, and investments between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Pakistan. He highlighted the importance of initiatives aimed at promoting economic diversification.
