Al Buraimi: Today, the National Survey and Geospatial Information Authority at the Ministry of Defense conducted an awareness campaign in Al Buraimi Governorate under the supervision of Sheikh Rashid Said Al Kalbani, the governor of Al Buraimi.
This event continues the Authority's series of introductory visits to several Sultanate of Oman governorates.
The program, which was held at the Al Buraimi Governor's Office, included presentations on the responsibilities and responsibilities of the National Survey and Geospatial Information Authority, as well as the services it offers to different groups. The event also featured a related exhibit showcasing the Authority's initiatives and operations.
Specialized discussion sessions were conducted on geospatial needs, looking for strategies to improve integration and collaboration between the Authority and other stakeholders.
Brigadier Nasser Ali Al Harthy, Head of the National Survey and Geospatial Information Authority, as well as many Walis of the governorate, directors general, representatives from government institutions and the commercial sector, and a group of specialists in geospatial data attended the awareness tour.
