Muscat: The Thai Embassy in Muscat, in partnership with the Thai Tourism Authority, the Thai Trade Office, Thai firms, and the Thai community in Oman invites the local community in Oman to attend the yearly event "Thailand Festival in Oman 2025," which will take place from August 28 to 30, 2025, at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center, Ground Floor, Atrium.
Admission is free and the screening is organized by Almustaqaf Business. The Thai films "The Gift," "Under the Wings of Dreams," and "Letter" will be enjoyed by the local community. Thai cultural performances by Burnett Thailand, with nine acts including "Sound of Lanna," "Bangkok Joy," "Southern Breeze," and "Amazing Thailand," will be performed in the sunshine. "Candlelight in Chiang Mai," "Flavors of Isaan," "Pink Lotus," "Loy Kra Thong Sukhothai," and "Songkran Water Festival. "
The event begins on Thursday, August 28, from 3:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. , and continues on Friday and Saturday, August 29 and 30, 2025. From 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
Furthermore, they will offer famous genuine Thai foods such as Pad Thai, Tom Yum Kung, Som Tam, and many other traditional Thai meals, as well as tasty Thai ice cream, dried fruits, and sweets.
There will also be a do-it-yourself (DIY) workshop on "Painting a Bo Sang Umbrella" and children's events.
