Nizwa: The Directorate General of Health Services in the A'Dakhiliyah Governorate on Monday concluded the third edition of its Leadership Development programme, which included the inauguration of the first Al Dakhiliyah Health Innovation Exhibition in Nizwa Hospital's conference hall.
Sheikh Hilal Said Al Hajri, Governor of A'Dakhiliyah, sponsored the ceremony, which was attended by various authorities and healthcare practitioners from throughout the governorate.
The program was created to improve the administrative and leadership skills of healthcare workers, enabling them to effectively take on supervisory duties. It also intended to instill ideals of creativity and entrepreneurial thinking, which would help improve the healthcare workplace.
The ceremony included presentations of creative health initiatives as well as a tour of the related exhibition. The expo included various qualitative projects and developmental ideas for increasing the efficiency and quality of healthcare services.
