Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain convened for an official discussion at Al Alam Palace today.
At the beginning of the meeting, His Majesty the Sultan warmly welcomed King Hamad, acknowledging him as a distinguished guest of the Sultanate of Oman, and extended wishes for a pleasant visit for him and his delegation.
In response, King Hamad conveyed his sincere gratitude to His Majesty the Sultan for the generous welcome and hospitality extended to him.
The discussions focused on the longstanding fraternal ties between the two nations and explored ways to enhance these relations across various sectors to benefit both peoples and fulfill their aspirations. The leaders also shared insights on regional circumstances, as well as broader regional and international developments, and engaged in dialogue on issues of mutual interest.
