Muscat: In a display of benevolence and festivity, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, has granted a special royal pardon to 305 inmates who were convicted of different offenses.
This act of clemency aligns with the 11th of January, commemorating the anniversary of His Majesty's rise to power in the nation.
