It urged for the development of knowledge, skills, and practices through professional certification programs.
The conference emphasized the significance of emotional intelligence in increasing productivity and advocated the use of its methods and approaches to enhance work settings.
The conference urged professionals and stakeholders to create a Gulf or Arab organization for emotional intelligence to promote its culture across all sectors and incorporate it into education and professional development systems. It emphasized the necessity of moving from a culture of control and command to one of trust and inspiration.
These suggestions concluded the two-day event, which was coordinated by Al Asayel Conferences in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor, the Dhofar Governor's Office, and the Dhofar Branch of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The conference sought to highlight the significance of emotional intelligence in workplace settings, give useful methods for increasing performance, and serve as a forum for exchanging regional and international experiences.
The final day included special workshops on the link between emotional and artificial intelligence, effective leadership, and measuring and improving productivity. It also included interactive meetings and discussions with local and foreign human resource development professionals.
