Foreign Minister Holds Phone Call With Indonesian Counterpart

Muscat: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, the Foreign Minister, had a phone chat with Sugiono, Indonesia's Foreign Minister, on Wednesday.

The two officials examined the cooperative links between their nations and looked at ways to strengthen them in a variety of areas of mutual interest.

The conversation also covered recent events in the Middle East, with both ministers stressing the necessity of supporting international and regional efforts to deescalate tensions, encourage calm, and uphold regional and international peace and security in compliance with the principles of international law and the UN Charter.
