Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has successfully apprehended two foreign nationals for their possession of marijuana.
In a press release posted on their official website, the ROP disclosed, "The General Department for Combating Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances has detained two individuals of Asian nationality for the possession of significant quantities of marijuana."
The ROP has commenced legal proceedings against the individuals in question.
