Muscat: The Supervisory Committee in charge with preparing the 11th Five-Year Development Plan conducted its third meeting on Sunday at the Ministry of Economy.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Said bin Mohammed Al Saqri, Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Committee.
The meeting was held to confirm that the five-year plan is being developed in compliance with the authorized deadlines and technological standards.
This meeting was part of efforts to create a complete development plan that is consistent with Oman Vision 2040 and promotes long-term economic and social growth in the Sultanate of Oman.
The meeting centered on producing a clear, thorough five-year strategy that is consistent with national objectives and addresses people' expectations for the next phase.
The conference also focused on the integration of duties across government agencies, sector organizations, and civil society groups to ensure that the 5-year plan effectively achieves the goals of Oman Vision 2040.
