Muscat: In two separate operations, the Royal Oman Police made key arrests in the Muscat and North Al Batinah Governorates.
Drug raid in Muttrah
The Muscat Governorate Police's Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Control Department detained two Asian men in Muttrah. They were discovered with more than 52 kilos of illegal drugs and 7,900 doses of psychotropic drugs.
Jewellery theft in Suwaiq
In the Wilayat of Suwaiq, the North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command apprehended two Asian people for stealing valuables from a house. The robbers benefited from the residents' absence.
Legal formalities are being completed for all of the detained people.
