Muscat: Two expatriates lost their lives when an aging structure collapsed in the Wilayat of Sur, located in the South Al Sharqiyah Governorate, according to the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA).
In a statement, the CDAA reported: "Rescue teams from the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate responded to an incident involving the collapse of an old building on two individuals in the Wilayat of Sur early this morning. The teams successfully recovered the bodies of two Asian nationals, who were unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene."
