Firefighters from the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department (CDAA) in the South Al Batinah Governorate responded to a residential fire in the Wilayat of Barka. Three individuals were injured and were quickly taken to a hospital, where they are currently reported to be in stable condition.
The CDAA confirmed that the fire was successfully extinguished by their teams.
In a separate incident on Sunday, January 26, 2025, the firefighting teams of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in the Muscat Governorate attended to a fire in an apartment within a building in the Wilayat of Mutrah. The fire was contained without any reported injuries.
