Muscat: Today, HH Sayyid Shihab Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, welcomed Admiral Antony Radakin, Chief of the Defence Staff in the United Kingdom (UK), and his delegation at his office in Al Murtafaa Garrison.
During their meeting, the two sides engaged in discussions regarding areas of mutual cooperation and took the opportunity to review the progress of the bilateral relations between Oman and the UK. Additionally, they addressed various matters of shared interest.
The meeting was graced by the presence of Vice Admiral Abdullah Khamis Al Raisi, Chief of Staff of the Sultan's Armed Forces. Furthermore, the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to the Sultanate of Oman and the Defence Attaché of the British Embassy in Muscat were also in attendance.
