Muscat: In Dhofar Governorate, a citizen was detained in a hit-and-run incident for running over another citizen and causing his death.
According to the Royal Oman Police (ROP), the Dhofar Governorate Police Command detained a resident for running over another citizen with his car and fleeing the scene, resulting in the victim's death. Legal action have started against him.
