His Excellency Sultan bin Salem Al Habsi, Minister of Finance, met today with His Excellency Sultan bin Abdul Rahman Al Murshid, CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development, to discuss collaboration between Oman and the Fund and the progress of joint development projects.
During the meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed to finance infrastructure projects in industrial zones in Oman. The goal is to enhance the industrial and logistics sectors by providing essential services and encouraging private sector involvement in line with "Oman Vision 2040."
This agreement reflects the commitment of both parties to support development initiatives in Oman, including infrastructure, education, water, industry, mining, transportation, communication, and energy projects.
