Muscat: The Oman national Paralympic team has been selected to participate in the Paralympic Games of 2024, which commenced at the Place de la Concorde on the 28th of August and is scheduled to conclude on the 8th of September.
A total of 4,400 athletes from 168 nations are competing across the 22 sports featured in the tournament. The Omani Paralympic Committee, represented by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth, will be represented by two athletes: Mohammed Al Mashaykhi and Sarah Al Anbouri. Both athletes have been chosen to compete in the shot put event.
Mohammed Al Mashaykhi and Sarah Al Anbouri are scheduled to compete in the shot put competitions on the 3rd and 7th of September, respectively, at the Stade de France.
