Muscat: In a recent press conference, His Excellency Dr. Mansour Talib Al Hinai, Chairman of the Authority for Public Services Regulatory (APSR), addressed the issue of electricity service interruptions.
During this conference, Dr. Al Hinai outlined the conditions that prevent electricity service cut-offs. These conditions are as follows:
- The final working day of the week.
- Designated weekly holidays.
- The hours from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- The duration of the General Education Diploma examination period.
- The entire holy month of Ramadan.
