Muscat: The Muscat Governorate Police, in collaboration with the Special Tasks Police Unit in Baushar, have apprehended a group of individuals for causing disturbances to public order and peace in the Wilayat of Baushar. The suspects were reported to have engaged in reckless driving, executed stunts, and deliberately generated excessive noise through loudspeakers and modified exhaust systems, as stated by the Royal Oman Police (ROP).
In another incident, the Al Dhahirah Governorate Police arrested five individuals for firing weapons and performing stunts at a social event in the Wilayat of Dhank. These individuals also posted videos of their activities on various social media platforms.
Legal actions are currently being processed against all those who have been detained.
