Muscat: Today, Sayyid Hamoud Faisal Al Busaidi, the Minister of Interior, welcomed Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al Sabah, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of Kuwait, during his visit to the Sultanate of Oman.
The discussion focused on the longstanding relations between the two nations and explored ways to enhance cooperation for mutual benefit. Both parties also shared perspectives on various issues of shared interest.
Attending the meeting were Maj. Gen. Abdullah Ali Al Harthy, Assistant Inspector General of Police and Customs for Operations; Eng. Khalid Hilal Al Busaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior; and Sayyid Khalifa Al Murdas Al Busaidi, Secretary General at the Ministry of Interior. From the Kuwaiti delegation, Dr. Mohammed Nassir Al Hajri, Ambassador of Kuwait to Oman; Major General Hamed Manahi Al-Mutairi, Assistant Undersecretary for Criminal Security Affairs; and Major General Khalid Abdulhadi Al Shanfa, Head of the State Security Apparatus, were present.
