Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has gotten a cable of thanks from Rwandan President Paul Kagame in response to His Majesty's message of congratulations on the occasion of Rwanda's National Day.
In the cable, President Kagame thanked His Majesty for His heartfelt sentiment. He hoped that cooperation and partnership between Oman and Rwanda would continue to flourish and expand in a variety of fields to benefit the peoples of both nations.
