Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has today issued two Royal decrees, as detailed below:
Royal Decree No. 34/2024 formalizes an agreement reached in Tunis City on the 28th of June, 2024, between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia. This agreement pertains to air services between their respective regions and beyond.
Article (1) of this decree affirms that the aforementioned agreement will be ratified in alignment with the version provided in the attachment to this decree.
Article (2) declares that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into effect from the date of its issuance.
Similarly, Royal Decree No. 35/2024 endorses the agreement concerning air services between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania, which was signed in Dar es Salaam on the 16th of July, 2024.
Article (1) of this decree affirms the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version provided in the attachment to this decree.
Article (2) specifies that this Royal decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will be enforced from the date of its issuance.
