London: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik met with King Charles III of the United Kingdom (UK) of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Head of the Commonwealth at Windsor Castle in Berkshire, England, on Friday.
The meeting occurred as part of His Majesty's ongoing private visit to the United Kingdom.
During their meeting, His Majesty the Sultan and King Charles III examined the longstanding historical links between their two friendly countries. The conversations centered on ways to improve collaboration in many areas to serve mutual interests and future goals while meeting both peoples' aspirations.
The two parties also shared perspectives on a number of issues of mutual interest, particularly in light of recent global events and the associated regional and international implications.
