An official reception ceremony took place for His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik during his state visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, held at the Royal Palace in Amsterdam.
Upon arrival, His Majesty was greeted by His Majesty King Willem-Alexander and Her Majesty Queen Máxima, who extended their warm wishes for a successful visit and enjoyable stay. Following this, His Majesty the Sultan, along with Their Majesties the King and Queen, proceeded to the main platform where the Omani Royal and Dutch National Anthems were performed.
Subsequently, His Majesty the Sultan reviewed the Guard of Honor before being escorted into the palace by His Majesty the King. Prior to entering, His Majesty was welcomed by a group of Omani students studying in the Netherlands and families of Omani Embassy members in Amsterdam.
