Foreign Minister Receives Phone Call From UAE Deputy Premier

Muscat: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, the Foreign Minister, received a call from Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The conversation focused on recent developments in the region, particularly the discussions facilitated by the Sultanate of Oman between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed conveyed the UAE's sincere appreciation for the positive contributions and wise initiatives of the Sultanate of Oman. He acknowledged its efforts to create an environment that promotes understanding and builds trust among the involved parties, ultimately enhancing security and peace both regionally and globally.

In response, Sayyid Badr expressed gratitude for the UAE's commitment to supporting Oman's reconciliation and peace initiatives, which aim to bolster regional and global security, stability, and peace.
