Expats Arrested For Human Trafficking And Public Morals Violations In Muscat

Muscat: In Muscat Governorate, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) detained three foreigners on suspicion of human trafficking.

According to ROP's statement, the Muscat Governorate Police Command, in coordination with the Special Taskforce Police Command, detained three people, including one Omani national and two Egyptian nationals, for human trafficking.

Meanwhile, the ROP detained 21 Egyptian women, 10 Iranian women, eight Pakistani women, four Thai women, two Uzbek women, and two Moroccan women for participating in activities disrespecting public morals and decency. Legal procedures are being followed.
