Muscat: Today, HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, welcomed Gen. Thierry Burkhard, Chief of Defence Staff of the French Republic, along with his delegation, at his office in Al Murtafa’a Garrison.
The discussion focused on the bilateral relations between Oman and France, as well as various topics of shared interest.
Present at the meeting were the Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF), the French Ambassador to Oman, and the Military Attaché from the French embassy in Muscat.
