CDAA Chairman Leads Meeting To Optimise Hazardous Response Plans

Muscat: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) conducted a meeting to boost preparedness and readiness to respond to hazardous substance situations in Musandam Governorate.

The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority's Hazardous Materials Incident Response Team conducted a meeting in Musandam Governorate, presided over by the Major General, Chairman of the Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority, and attended by representatives from several relevant authorities.

This meeting is part of the ongoing efforts to improve preparedness and response to hazardous materials occurrences. The meeting covered response plans and standard operating procedures, as well as ways to improve coordination and integration among different groups for an effective response to hazardous materials situations.

This meeting underscores the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority's dedication to improving risk management efficacy and strengthening institutional collaborations with pertinent agencies.
