Muscat: The 15th edition of the Family Astronomy Camp, hosted by the Omani Astronomical Society (OAS), came to a close at the Al-Hajar Al-Gharbi Starlight Reserve in Jebel Shams.
This event was designed to deepen the public's comprehension of astronomy and space sciences through a series of educational lectures and workshops.
The objectives of these activities were to broaden the scope of astronomical knowledge across various age groups through engaging interactive sessions, while also showcasing the Starlight Reserve as a premier destination for both scientific and environmental tourism.

The 14th Family Astronomy Camp saw the participation of approximately 400 individuals, underscoring the enduring and significant interest in this distinctive event.
