Ibri: On Thursday, the Municipal Council of A'Dhahira Governorate addressed various issues pertaining to the development of public services and facilities in the governorate's wilayas. These included a plan to expand the region surrounding Bayt AlMarh Fort in the Wilayat of Yanqul, as well as other service and developmental projects.
The discussions occurred during the A'Dahirah Municipal Council meeting, which was chaired by Hamdan Nasser Al Yahyai, the council's deputy chairman.
During the meeting, experts from the Directorate General of Housing and Urban Planning presented a graphical presentation of the “Tatweer” platform, the “Surooh” housing plan, and housing services in the governorate. They also looked into investing in usufruct properties as well as proposed locations for used car showrooms.
Furthermore, the council considered suggestions based on the minutes of past meetings held by the Governorate Development Committee, the Health and Environmental Affairs Committee, and the Social Affairs Committee. The council also ratified the minutes of its last meeting and tracked up on the execution of its recommendations.
